Software Developer / Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and support of high-quality software solutions in a banking and financial services environment. You will work within an Agile team, building robust backend systems and contributing across the full stack where needed.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL

• Build and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time data streaming and integration

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on performance and reliability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features on time

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards

• Support and troubleshoot production systems, resolving issues promptly and effectively

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins and OpenShift

• Work within an Agile (SAFe) framework, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Continuously improve technical knowledge and contribute to a culture of self-improvement and innovation.
