The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining enterprise‑wide architecture and translating business strategy into scalable technology solutions. This role ensures alignment between business needs, product vision, and IT architecture, while guiding solution design, standards, and long‑term roadmap across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


Enterprise Architecture

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards,      principles, and roadmaps

  • Ensure alignment of technology architecture with business strategy and goals

  • Design scalable, secure, and reusable enterprise      solutions

  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization or optimization initiatives

  • Govern architecture compliance across programs and      products

Product Owner Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment      with architectural strategy

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical designs

  • Prioritize features and capabilities based on value,      risk, and dependencies

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and architects

  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and release management activities

Stakeholder & Governance

  • Act as a bridge between business, product, engineering, and leadership teams

  • Provide architectural guidance during design reviews and delivery execution

  • Review and approve solution designs and integration      approaches

  • Identify risks and dependencies at the enterprise and      product level

Technology & Transformation

  • Drive digital and technology transformation initiatives

  • Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and tools for      enterprise adoption

  • Ensure non‑functional requirements such as scalability,      performance, security, and compliance are met

Support cloud, data, integration, and platform strategies
