About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of IT technologies, industry domains, and market trends to identify and engage the right talent.
Source, screen, and evaluate top technical talent using multiple channels, including job boards, networking platforms, social media, and referrals.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and niche technical roles to ensure timely hiring.
Strong working knowledge of UK & European visas, contract hiring, permanent hiring models, compliance regulations, and tax terms..
Apply excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to ensure a win-win for both clients and candidates.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Deliver a professional candidate experience, building long-term relationships with top talent and ensuring repeat engagement.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, specifically focused on UK & Europe markets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships.
A results-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
Knowledge of global hiring practices, visa categories, and compliance will be an added advantage.
