About the Role
The Technical Solutions Architect is responsible for leading and assuring technical, architectural, and design decisions across projects within the EPF Programme. The role ensures that enterprise architecture is applied consistently, supports technical innovation, and translates business requirements into robust, compliant solution designs that deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
Be mandatorily involved in all non-functional, architectural, and design-led discussions and decision-making.
Ensure enterprise architecture models are developed consistently across Projects and the EPF Programme, promoting reuse where practical.
Lead architecture development across projects, identifying and promoting innovative technical solutions.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders, including external suppliers.
Translate business requirements into options papers, implementation assessments, and solution designs aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
Advise on and participate in architecture governance and technology selection processes.
Support the removal of redundant technologies.
Act as the technical subject matter expert across the EPF Programme.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Technical or Solutions Architect in complex technology programmes.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methods, and tools.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs.
Ability to lead architectural decision-making and technical governance.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working across multi-supplier or programme environments (desirable).
